Our Team
Bristol born and bred, we’ve become one of the leading suppliers in the region, and we’re becoming well known for our involvement in world-class events across the country, in London and as far afield as the French Alps.
Our roots lie in Bristol’s booming music and urban art scenes, which is always providing a hotbed for creative talent. As we started out supplying sound systems for Bristol clubs, festivals and private events and can only praise our beautifully creative city for nurturing all of these events to life. From Team Love based work such as Love Saves The Day, The Downs Festival and The Love Inn to working with OVO Energy on their events we put a real value on our professional relationships.
Through our popularity with trusting clients our opportunities spread London and other regions, working on everything from Glastonbury festival to the Varsity Ski Festival in Tignes. With corporate product launches to premium conferences and press events, we've found ourselves getting involved in all kinds of set ups.
We welcome all customers from locals putting on private gatherings to industry professionals working on large-scale productions. No job is too big nor too small and we love to get involved with all aspects of your vision.
Our Equipment
BES HQ south of Bristol City centre is home to our huge range of hire stock including industry standard brands such as Nexo, Yamaha, Pioneer, Robe, Panasonic, Litec to name but a few.
We have a large range of audio, lighting, AV, rigging, staging and set always in stock, and have arguably the largest stock of Litedeck staging, DJ equipment and backline in the region.
In our 10,000 sq ft warehouse offer a comprehensive servicing and repair centre and we also construct custom stage backdrops, plinths and anything else needed for stage shows and presentations.
Compliance
All our electrical equipment is PAT tested and certificated, and our truss and rigging equipment is inspected after every job, and independently certified annually.
The Environment
BES is conscientious about the environment, and always makes every effort to recycle, reuse or dispose responsibly.
We always plan our logistics to minimize fuel use wherever possible.
We can help make your event carbon-neutral through planting schemes or other means – just ask us how.
